We, the 501st, have a place we like to call "The Pond". We play out there occasionally. There is lots of cover, and its practically all terrain with trees, high grass, open areas, a pond, a creek, and some other natural material. This area is currently in the working and we haven't played there much. It would be suitable for around 40 people. It is definately not the best in the winter because there is no cover, but as the summer rolls in, it will get much better. I hope to see us out there sometime relatively soon.

personally, i'm not a big fan of the pond for many reasons like the fact even in the summer its way to small and open plus, with no way to block the wind like in a woods, you can't ever get a straight shot with all the wind and even if you would fix it up with blockaides and baricades, i think it still wouldn't be enough.

I have to agree with spector, sorry to break everyon's heart, but it just doesnt seem to have the space needed for any decent sized game.
Although im not so sure what hes worried about, he spends more time being a cameraman, then playing. J/k

Well Connors and I have decided we will be more than likely throwing an event out there this fall, if we have the right stuff to do it.

I think that we could make the pond in to somthing if we tryed hard enough at it all it needs is some barrers and make shift forts and it will be a okay place to play.

Specter, I forgot to mention, as connors brought up, the crops planted in the fields will help wiht the wind problems out there so the pond could have some serious potential for an excellent field.

Just trust me, when we get properly finished, it will be something fierce.....We will have plenty of cover and the windage will be low, and the crops are where the children of the corn come out to help us build....if we build it, they will come.......

Okay the pond is the new home of the 501 when we get reformed, and when we get some time, This will be an excellent field by the time we are done with it. No houses to worry about, no cars, and a nice sized area....finally......
